We accept returns and claims for refunds in the following cases:
1. Return of goods by the request of the Buyer (if the goods did not fit or did not like).

1. Return of goods by the request of the Buyer We try to meet the expectations of our customers as much as possible, constantly improving the quality of our products. However, if for some reason you decided to return it after receiving the goods, then we will refund you the money subject to the following conditions: - the request for return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods - the goods must be not damaged, without traces of use - returns are made in the original packaging - the funds are returned to the Buyer's account after receiving the goods by the Seller, within 7 days - the cost of sending and return the goods is withheld from the Buyer - The Seller has the right to withhold additional funds from the Buyer in case of significant damage to the packaging, loss of presentation.

As a rule, we can contact the delivery service and clarify the status of the shipment. If the expected period exceeds a reasonable one, we will try to offer you compensation. If the goods are lost during the delivery process, we will refund you the full cost of the goods and delivery. Although we are confident in our shipping counterparties, product damage sometimes occurs. You can be sure that every item is checked by us before shipping. Therefore, claims related to damage to the goods will be resolved by us with the carrier. However, failure to comply with certain conditions makes it impossible to file a claim with the carrier. Hence: - in case of detection upon receipt of the goods that the packaging is damaged, carefully examine the goods in the presence of a representative person of the delivery service. If you are convinced that everything is fine with the product, leave it. But if you have doubts about its safety, it is better to refuse to receive the goods, be sure to make a note in the documents that the reason for the return is damage to the packaging. In this case, we can return your funds to you after the return and verification of the goods. If, upon receipt of the goods with damaged packaging, you did not make a note in the documents that the packaging was damaged, then later we will not be able to present claims to the carrier, which means we will not be able to compensate you for all possible risks. If the packaging of the goods is not damaged, but you find that the goods are damaged or defective, be sure to record them and send us a photo so that we can offer you the best solution.
3. The product does not match the description. If you find a significant discrepancy between the description of the goods in the order and the actual one after receiving it, which makes it impossible for you to use it, be sure to record it with a photo and send it to us. In this case, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days, and we will reimburse you after we receive and can check the goods. Returns are only accepted in original packaging.
