1. Delivery Time, Shipping Costs & Delivery Restrictions

The indicated shipping costs are determined by the post office or forwarding agency. If you would like to reduce shipping costs by searching for the alternative forwarding agent (which can also extend the delivery time), please contact our customer service.

All S -, M-stones and the Foundling Kongur (L-01) are sent by Post, the larger stones are usually sent by forwarding company. The delivery time of products in stock is about 5-7 working days. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia. The address of the warehouse:

Your order will be insured by US. Professional packaging, transport costs and transport insurance are included in the final price of your order. Please check the goods upon receipt and note any damage directly in the Parcel Service / freight forwarder, so that we can assert our insurance cover with the transport partner.

If you need your goods at a later date but would like to reserve them now, simply write your desired delivery date in the comment field shortly before the order is completed or contact us.

3. Payment arrangements

With our extensive selection of payment options, we have something for everyone. All prices include VAT. There is no minimum order value. For products that are not in stock, you do not need to pay until the goods are in stock with us. In general, your order, personal data and payment details are protected by our technical security systems (SSL certificate) and additional authorization procedures.

Advance payment
Transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as purpose. Your order will only be sent to our account after receipt of money.

4. Delivery status

Unsere Produkte werden in bestimmten Mengen auf Vorrat hergestellt. Alle lagernden Artikel sind auf der Website mit “sofort versandfertig” gekennzeichnet und sind innerhalb von höchstens 1 Woche bei Ihnen (je nach Versandart und Lieferland).

If your desired article is exceptionally not in stock, then this article is already pre-ordered and you can always see the delivery time directly at the article. You can already order the item and reserve it for yourself with the specified delivery time. Of course, you can cancel the order at any time.

5. Complaint, revocation and guarantee

We do not like complaints any more than you do, so we are constantly striving to include only products with low complaint susceptibility in our program. If you still have a complaint to complain about, please contact us immediately. We apologize in advance for the circumstances.

Even if your order does not meet your wishes or you do not want to keep items, you can return the goods free of charge (we accept shipping costs) within 14 days without giving reasons. For all products you purchase through us, the statutory guarantee claims of 2 years apply.
